Fabian Hoffmann

Fabian is a graduate student at King’s College London where he is currently completing his Master’s degree in War Studies. Prior to starting at BASIC, Fabian completed internships at the Arms Control Department of the German Federal Foreign Office, the German Institute of International and Security Affairs (SWP), and MBDA Germany. In addition, Fabian worked as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of Groningen, where he co-authored a journal article on European sanctions policy.

Fabian’s research focuses on the proliferation and strategic implications of long-range precision-strike capabilities, cross-domain deterrence, and strategic stability. At BASIC he supports the Nuclear Responsibilities Program.
