Paul Ingram, BASIC's Executive Director, was quoted in this Bloomberg article by Jonathan Tirone about the nuclear negotiations with Iran, saying “Failing to reach a conclusion by now was itself a high risk strategy that looks increasingly vulnerable to impatient legislators.
