Falguni Patel is the Operations and HR Manager at BASIC. Although new to working for a nuclear policy organisation, Falguni has been able to bring her experience from the further and higher education sector to help shape the way BASIC functions under a growing team. Falguni is also a trained mental health first aider and is BASIC’s point of contact for wellbeing matters.
Before working with BASIC, Falguni has led change at organisational level, has worked across project teams to deliver rapid improvement and organised and delivered large stakeholder events. Falguni holds a BSc degree in Business information Technology from Kingston University.
