She has published extensively on state and non-state actor networks in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) review process, on effective multilateralism, and nuclear order and regime complexity in several leading journals including International Studies Quarterly, Contemporary Security Policy, Politics and Governance, International Politics and The Hague Journal of Diplomacy.

Megan is a member of the Working Group on Nuclear Disarmament Negotiations at the Alva Myrdal Centre for Nuclear Disarmament, Uppsala University, and contributes to various UK and European nonproliferation networks. Her current research, in collaboration with BASIC’s Responsibilities and Global Governance programme, focuses on discourses and framing of nuclear responsibilities, exploring how a nuclear responsibilities approach can shape and strengthen dialogue and prospects for constructive engagement in the NPT review process.
