Remembering Jo Cox MP

BASIC today mourns the death of Jo Cox MP, an extraordinary dynamo of energy and positive action. She worked tirelessly for a better world, and her death was a senseless act of violence. Her husband, Brendan Cox, was Director of Crisis Action – an umbrella organisation that worked closely with BASIC as a partner for several years, and we are thinking of him as he and his children come to terms with their heart-breaking loss.
