- Zoë Pelter, Research Officer for the Sustainable Security Programme at the Oxford Research Group
- Paul Schulte, former Director of Proliferation and Arms Control at the MoD. Currently a Senior Visiting Fellow in the Centre for Defence Studies at King’s College London and a Non-Resident Senior Associate of the Nuclear Policy Program of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
- Rebecca Sharkey, leading the international campaign against nuclear weapons in the UK.
