Expert roundtable meeting in Ottawa: “Unjamming the FM(C)T”

BASIC organised a private roundtable with experts and officials on March 8, 2013 to take stock of the current strategic and political dynamics surrounding negotiations on a Fissile Material (Cut-Off) Treaty.This event was organised in cooperation with the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University and the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University.  Discussion was anchored around the role of the forthcoming Group of Governmental Experts in moving the FM(C)T process forward.

BASIC also produced a review of recent analysis and literature on the FM(C)T debate.
